• Is able to teach and explain basic concepts/steps of research in a clear and beginner-friendly language
• Promote academic honesty and guide students in an interactive manner to bring out the best in them.

• Should have previous experience with publishing or presenting research papers.
• Be reliable and responsive (e.g., attending scheduled meetings, replying to messages)

Medical and health science students, early-career researchers, or academically inclined individuals with a passion for education, evidence-based medicine, or healthcare innovation. Familiarity with research writing, reference management tools (e.g., Zotero, Mendeley), or data analysis is a strong plus.
